Booking Terms

Quotations

All quotations are based on the group size, programme duration, location, travel and venue requirements confirmed at the time of the request. Changes to any of these may affect the final cost.

Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once the quotation is accepted in writing and the agreed date is reserved with MGA-Teambuild.

Weather

Every programme includes a wet-weather alternative where practical. If weather makes safe delivery impossible, we work with you to agree on an alternative arrangement or a suitable reschedule.

Safety and participation

Activities are adapted around age, mobility, fitness and group needs. Clients must inform MGA-Teambuild of any medical or mobility considerations before the programme date.
