MGA-Teambuild is a South African team-building and experiential-learning company with more than 15 years of facilitation experience.

Yes. Every MGA programme starts with a short needs discussion. We identify the outcomes you want to strengthen and design the activities, sequence and facilitated reflection around those objectives.
We are based in the Eastern Cape and facilitate programmes across East London, Mthatha, Gqeberha, Queenstown, King William's Town and the surrounding rural districts. We also travel nationally for larger bookings — travel is quoted transparently up front.
We facilitate groups from 20 to 200+ participants. Larger groups are split into managed teams, each with its own facilitator, so nobody stands on the sidelines.
No. MGA is fully mobile — we arrive with the facilitators, programme and equipment and run the day on your school field, church grounds, office lawn or hall. If you would rather go off-site, we can help you identify a suitable partner venue.
Yes. Programmes can be adapted around age, mobility, fitness and group needs. The objective is participation and teamwork, not athletic performance.
Every programme includes a wet-weather alternative where practical. If weather makes safe delivery impossible, we work with you to agree on an alternative arrangement or suitable reschedule.
Our facilitators are first-aid trained, equipment is inspected before use, and every activity is adapted to the age and physical ability of the group.
Two to four weeks is ideal, especially in the busy March–May and September–November school periods. Short-notice dates are sometimes available — send a WhatsApp and we will check.
